i have to apply for my visa together with my classmates and lecturer in K.L.However my lecturer has not yet tell me the date for our visa meeting. FYI, i lived a thousand miles away from K.L and i have to go there by flight but i can't book my flight ticket unless my lecturer confirm the date. i need some suggestion on how to ask her to tell me the date politely.How to ask my lecturer politely to forward me the date of our visa meeting?
Just ask. What's wrong with "Please can you let me know the date of our visa meeting as I need to book a flight. Thank you for your help."
