Best place to live and raise a family?

My Wife is Pregnant and she Graduates from chiropractic college in Feb. 09! I work from home so I am free to move anywhere. I would like to live near the ocean somewhere there is little or no snow and a great place to raise a family. Does the town you live in meet that description? Let me know! Berlin, Maryland.......Close to the Atlantic Ocean and a very beautiful town. Close to Ocean City a very popular resort town on the eastern shore of Maryland. Award winning schools and great medical facilities. Berlin was where the Runaway Bride was filmed (Richard Gere, Julia Roberts)

Assateague Island is also close by within twenty minutes. It is an all around good place to raise a family.
Ky is a pretty friendly place,no oceans but beautiful. Also traverse City Michigan is a nice place and has beautiful beaches and snow not to bad. Florida has oceans but the weather is something you would have to think about. Snow in ky isn't bad.Virginia is nice also. Hope your journey is successful.
