Best party city to live in for a young American?

I am graduating high school this May and afterwards I am hoping to move to Europe for a few months with three friends. I am curious what would be the best city to live in where we would be able to work and afford the basics; food, someplace to sleep, and alcohol.



We are from Arizona and all of us are very friendly outgoing types. I love places where people are friendly and interested in meeting new people.

It depends on how party-loving you are. Somewhere like London would be good: everyone speaks English, the night-life is fantastic, but buying an apartment is a nightmare, although you can always rent or stay in a hotel. Us Brits love Americans so you can expect to have a warm welcome and meet new people. The only push factor is getting an apartment.Best party city to live in for a young American?
