I am trying to set up a magazine with some friends who have scattered about. They are people I feel would be best to start this thing with, so I want to keep them apart. However, some of them live several hours away. What is the best way that I could have a virtual meeting with them, preferably without web cameras, where we could chat about ideas, have a whiteboard and easily store shareable files?What is the best way to have a virtual editorial meeting?
Try Google Apps. There are quite a few that will help you hold meetings, do file sharing and so forth.
