You must have a little money. Encino is nice. Ventura Blvd runs through it, and you will find all the restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques, coffee shops, etc. you will ever need to meet and hang with people.Is Encino an ok place for a single guy in his 30's to live (restaurants, coffee places, meeting people, etc.)?
