in most cities the people with special needs have places to meet. they have associations and groups where they can meet and some clubs where they can do activities . maybe they have dances. start with your phone book seek organizations for handicapped people and call them. they might have places to advice you to take him.



its normal for special people to want to meet and interact with others. so, i am certain your brother will find his special someone.

First off why would he "need" to be with another person who's like him? There's woman out there who will look past physical problems, and see who he is inside, they wouldn't judge him. They would love him for who he is, maybe try dating sites?
