Nothing wrong with it. But being a guy it's kinda wierd because it makes it seem like I'm to sheltered. I'm not trying to make it look like I'm a thug or anything cause I know I'm not near it. What is so wrong with her meeting and knowing your friends? My mom knew all my friends and my brothers friends. We included her and she never gave us a problem. Our friends loved her too. Don't worry about how cool you look to your friends. Mom can be cool too. She may not be who you want to always hang with but give her a chance and include her in your life. If you do, you will build some trust with her, then she will relax because you have good communication and she trusts your decisions. Sorry but thats what it is all about. Remember, mom will always be there for you so you have to find ways to work it out. My mom died 2 years ago and I wish I included her even more instead of wasting time with people that didn't give a s""t about me when times were tough. It all about some loyalty and trust, mom can be cool, your friends need to be ones you would bring home anyway. If you don't feel like you can, then stay away, you will regret it because they WILL drag you down. Just talk, not fight, with her and tell her how you feel. been there done that sorry u have to deal with it. my mom literally sat everyone of them i ever had down and asked them at least 50 questions where do you live, what are u doing with your life, are u going to college, do you like school do you have a bf on and on...it was pretty embarassing bc my moms pretty judgemental and it didnt make me want to have many friends over i dont think theres a way to get around this their house their rules it sucks.
