There are 2 levels of membership.. Silver and Gold.. Silver is free.. Gold costs $50 / year (14 cents / day).. With Silver you can download game demos, Xbox Live Arcade games, extra game content, rent and download HD movies and television shows, track achievements and gamerpoints.. maintain a friends list and communicate with those friends in many different ways.. Gold has all that plus online matchmaking for multiplayer games..
