I would like to know something about you and where you live, how is your island or city and where you go out.
It's just to know how many different type of cultures there is and how everyone's think.
On my self I am a 22 yr old women, I have a little son of 3 and a half and I live on a nice carribean island named Curacao. We have a nice tropical sunny weather the whole year here, with crystal clear blue water and nice corals and fishes. The entire population is about 160 thousand people living on the island. And we speak papiamentu our mother language, spanish, dutch and english. The people down here are very friendly. Our local dishes are stewed goat, iguana soap, fresh fish of the sea, conchmeat and a lot more.
Tell me something about you're place and how is out there.?!I would like to meet more people around the world, so tell me something about you and where you live ?
I live in New York of the US. We don't have clear beautiful water like you, but we have four seasons and get to see the buds appear (like they are now) as well as the beautiful changing colors of fall. I, myself a Italian and my family eats the classic Italian foods like pasta fagoli, antipasta salad, eggplant parmesan, etc.
I'm a 27 year old female from Sydney, Australia. It's getting a little cold her since winter is coming but otherwise the sun pretty much stays out. Aussie has a total population of 24million ppl.
My favourite dishes are Spaghetti Bolognese, Nepolitana Pasta, Indian and Thai food. I eat alot of things with spices such as garlic and chilli.
The ppl here are pretty much laid back and the aussie animals i like the most are the kangaroo, kookaburra, wombat and koala.I would like to meet more people around the world, so tell me something about you and where you live ?
I would love to chat sometime. I am 33, male, from Denver Colorado in the USA, but I have lived all over the western US and in France and Belgium.
Colorado is semi-arid desert, we have a great deal of mountains as well as some plains. It can range from very hot to very cold here, and it is usually mostly dry, although in the winter it snows a lot sometimes.
English and Spanish are the local languages, with English being the USAs primary language.
Wanna trade some recipes?
I've lived in New York, Israel and now Tennessee. I'm 25 years old and married.
In New York there are a lot of people, way too many and people are kind of rude. (I didn't realize this until I Moved!!) It is very cold in the winter and snows a lot. New York where I lived (Long Island) was very flat land and we lived on the ocean. There are a lot of religions in New York.
Israel was hot and dry, it doesn't rain much. There we eat a lot of vegetables and cheeses. People in Israel come from nearly every country and speak all different languages. The national one being of course, Hebrew and English. Mostly everyone is Jewish.
Tennessee is very green and lush and has beautiful mountains and rivers. The people here are very very nice and the weather is nice. They eat a little different here than in New York, but I'm beginning to like southern food. Mostly people here are Christian.
Me, I like to eat Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Israeli dishes. I'll try anything. Bagels and pizza are very popular in New York but hard to find bagels and GOOD pizza in Tennessee. Israel has both good bagels and good pizza.I would like to meet more people around the world, so tell me something about you and where you live ?

I'm an retired old man ,I'm taking "Parkinson"medication for years, and going to have Bi-polar depression medicine soon. But since I joined this site few weeks before ,I'm feeling much better no matter metally or physically, the first time I saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
Thank you " Yahoo Answer".
i'm 22, no kids, but living in the UP michigan where it's not uncommon to dig your car out of the snow everyday in the winter, and to have snow piles that are bigger than your truck at the end of the driveway. All of the snow finally melted, and there is sand everywhere, because we don't use salt up here. We also have a unique food called Pasties, which is like meat and potatoes in a bread pocket. It was made for the iron miners, so they could have something hot to eat while down in the mines. We do not get a spanish speaking TV channel. Every winter, we have dog sledding and something that we call the outhouse races. If anyone wants to talk more, e-mail me.
Oh and a lot of ppl have what is refered to as "a Yooper accent" which is quite close to a canadian accent.
I from West Virginia in the US, where I live is back in the mountains, the weather is snowey, sunny, cold, cool, we have all different types of weather.. There is not much people where I live, I wouldn't live any where else. I love my home state.....
I'm from Boston, Massachusetts no kids well i'm a teacher so i have quite a few. I live next to the ocean filled with oyster, mussel shells and trash. We have 4-5 months of good weather until "it" comes as in winter. Boston has more colleges in it than any other city (around 35?) in the states so its a college town. Its a sports town as well, Boston Redsox (baseball) Celtics (basketball) New England Patriots (football) Bruins (hockey) We like our sports we hate the New York Yankees. Langauges I hear in my neighborhood, Haitin creole, Spanish, Amharic (a Ethiopian langauge). People here are somewhat friendly, depends on the weather. I like to eat chicken soup, chicken patties(limbos) lots of fruit and sea food(lobster, clams)
I'm from Cincinnati Ohio-- where if you don't like the weather wait 10 minutes!
All last week it was in the high 70's - low 80's and next week it is supposed to be in the 40's! Varying weather in the winter-- most of the time it is a white christmas, but there have been a few close calls. mostly it's gray and depressing from November to April-- and now all the flowers are out. But now we have to watch out for tornados!
I live in a suburban area, 10 minutes from farm land and 20 minutes from the "big" city. I have lived here my whole life and am moving soon-- can't stand the winter any longer!
English is the native language-- there is a large hispanic population and a large korean (or so i am told) and i have recently met alot of asian ppl. .. a good mix i think.
