You may go to Istanbul. There are many beautiful places to visit in Istanbul.

You may watch videos and find useful info about Istanbul at http://magnificentturkey.weebly.com/ista鈥?/a>Meeting point for my long distance relationship?

1) Get a map that shows both Canada and Spain. There are no places that are half way between the two. One of you will have to fly farther than the other - no way around it. So:

2) Look for places that may be easy to get to, like Bermuda, but where you go is totally up to you.

3) Once the place is decided, use a travel site to look at airfare costs - you can look at fares for both you and him. Have an upper limit in mind. Look at various dates and times during the day.

4) Once a place and dates are settled, then you can buy tickets for you, and he can buy them for himself, or one of you can buy both tickets. Doesn't matter who pays for them, as long as the traveler's name and information is correct.

5) It would be nice if the arrival times at the destination are similar, but it is not a show stopper if they are not. Just work out the arrival and departure times so that they are not unreasonably different - like days apart.

Before you actually buy the tickets, MAKE SURE that you have the right dates, times, departure cities and flight numbers for each of you. You don't want to make a mistake and have his tickets booked for the wrong week. It is easy to make mistakes - people do it all the time, so take extra care to check the dates on a calendar.

If you and he can decide on a place and dates, then you could always go to a travel agent and have them do the flight booking.
