Is it possible to live with your grandparents if you want to receive in-state tuition?

I want to go to school in Pennsylvania and to meet the requirements of PA's in-state tuition, you have to live there for 12 months prior to enrollment. My grandparents obviously live there %26amp; my parents were the ones who suggested the idea.Is it possible to live with your grandparents if you want to receive in-state tuition?
You could live there. I don't think moving in the summer counts though. You would have to have been there a year before so when you are a Sophomore you will qualify. Is it possible to live with your grandparents if you want to receive in-state tuition?
I dont know the answer to that but I wondered if anyone even knew that The Dream Act, which nearly passed just before Christmas 2010 and barely even made the news at all, allowed for illegal immigrants to get in-state tuition in any state even though US citizens cannot.

Good luck to you!Is it possible to live with your grandparents if you want to receive in-state tuition?
Your state of residence is based on your PARENTS so unless your grandparents legally adopted you, this wouldn't work. You sure they aren't trying to get rid of you? LOL
