Travel website where you meet up with people who live in your destination?

I read an article about such a website, where you create a profile, and connect with people on the site who live in the cities you want to visit, and vice versa... then they show you around their home city etc. I can't find it!

I think it had the word "trip" in it but can't be sure. It's not tripadvisor or tripmates.
