I have always been drawn to more Goth/ Rock-a-billy type women. My current circle of friends are not into that type of scene and there are very few places in my town to meet woman of this type and my state (Arizona) is not known as the center of alternative dress or lifestyle. well i consider myself alternative... soo umm....hmm lets see if i can help you. you'll find me at the book store..the movies..walking around town...concerts, wal-mart....the mall. a coffee shop.... the muesum the zoo.... even a baseball game. my advice too you is too just do what ever your doing you willl eventually meet someone who catches your eye.. and the fact that you look more on the conservative side doesnt mean anything...looks dont matter to most girls like myself...it all depends on personality

Find out where the Goths hang out. They usually have a club.
Find an online chick. It could just be a phase that you'll grow out of, but if not than meet a girl on a dating network who's like that and see if she lives anywhere near you and you can visit her.

Your preferences shouldn't be limited to what you look like or your circle of friends.
There must be some "alternative" clubs and stuff like that in Arizona. I think you'll be able to find some stuff on the Internet.
I'm sure that they are around, you just have to know where to look.
Search Engines can be your best friend.
I would suggest typing "gothic groups", clubs, etc. for your local area...
You could also try book stores... they love books on gothic topics, and different things... try to hang out there for a day or so....
Also, I know alot of them shop at Hot Topic... do you have one near you... That would be great if you did..

i met alot of my good goth/rock-billy type friends at concerts, the night club i work at, and at the tattoo/piercing shop i go to. fun stuff and great people. try and get out to some concerts so even if you don't find the girl of your dreams you'll still have a good time or if you have a good rock night club in your area that's a better place cuz you can get away from the noise and its easier to buy someone a drink lol

I live in oklahoma and have always wanted to date an asian lady. The only problem is i just cant seem to find them, yet i know that oklahoma born asian lady's exist =). Is there some kind of trick to finding these beautiful, elusive creatures?How do you go about meeting asian women?

i never get serious with the females but I did make excellent friendships across asia.
soon i hope to save enough money and head back there again for another magnificent travel trip with the locals who live there.

I think boys always like dresses, but you can wear it with a belted cardigan and some cute tights to keep warm. Or jeans and a pretty, feminine top always goes over well.

I've had so many bad experiences where I have dressed in some outfit that is not normally in my personality thinking I would impress the guy and then the whole night I have been paranoid to keep pulling up my top or pulling down my skirt and it has ruined my night. I want to go to school in Pennsylvania and to meet the requirements of PA's in-state tuition, you have to live there for 12 months prior to enrollment. Why do people live in expensive cities if they struggle to make ends meet? Why not move?

The simplest answer is as follows. Most people who live in expensive cities were either born there or have firm roots there. To just up and to move would be perhaps socially and emotionally devastating. Some do it because they want the culture and the struggles that come with living in larger cities. Some do it for more shallow reasons like wanting to be something that they are not. Those people are pathetic because they end up borrowing, begging and stealing in order to keep up the illusion of living the good life in the city.
That's my opinion.

Do any of your friends know? The first thing I did for support was by telling my two best friends. It helped a lot.
If you can drive, and your near a big city, see if you can drive to that city and see if there are any groups/clubs there. If you can't drive, see if a friend can drive you.
If none of those work, most schools have policies that if there isn't a club for a specific cause, you can create one, and they cannot say no.
No matter how bad it may seem, don't give in!
