How come Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't at the G20 meeting representing the 7th largest economy in the world?

France, Italy, and Germany are all part of the European Union and yet they are represented as well as the EU at the meeting.



So why is California, the largest economy not represented at the G20, that is forced to live within its means (since we cannot run deficits or accrue debt) not being represented at the G20 meeting?How come Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't at the G20 meeting representing the 7th largest economy in the world?
Probably because California is not a sovereign nation. France and the other EU countries remain sovereign nations, in spite of the EU agreement.



The EU agreement is a treaty; it did not create the EU as a separate sovereign under a single federal government.



When California declares its independence from the rest of the U.S. and becomes a member of the United Nations, then it will probably be part of the G-20. But there's no sign that will ever happen.
We can't afford the plane ticket to send him, given our budget.

California is the 7th largest economy in the world, if accounted separately from the rest of the nation, but it is not a sovereign country.
Because the liberals in the legislature reduced it to the 21st largest economy so they weren't invited
