Incheon, Seoul, Busan, Deagu????
For a guy in his mid 20's with a taste of r%26amp; b and soul. Where is a good place to live, meet other foreigners, go out and have fun?Good place to live in South Korea?
The two largest cities are Seoul and Busan. I just returned from spending a year in Busan as a teacher. I visited Seoul and I must say that R%26amp;B and Soul are in greater supply in Seoul. If you like to go out and have fun, for you, I'd say Seoul. I loved that Busan was near the beaches, and the weather was milder (although it does it cold there). It snowed once in Busan and several days in Seoul. There are a lot more foreigners in Seoul and there are more signs in English on buildings. As I am writing this, there is a large military base in Seoul, too. Western products and clothes that are in Western sizes are easier to come by.
Daegu also has a military base, but the base and the city is much smaller than Busan and Seoul. I'm sure that Daegu has its happening areas, on a smaller scale. Most people go to Seoul to party. The party scene in Busan isn't bad either. It's just not as large as Seoul.Good place to live in South Korea?
I would actually say Daegu, it's where I grew up. Seoul is really crowded with SO many people and cars, and it's really loud there... but I guess it would be good for you because you want to "meet other people and have fun."Good place to live in South Korea?
I would say Seoul....but it depends on you!
